1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Luna Mart, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. EU Consumer Protection

Luna Mart fully complies with EU Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations. All customers have the following statutory rights:

• 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales
• Right to return goods within 30 days in original condition
• Protection against unfair contract terms
• Right to accurate product information
• Price transparency including all taxes and fees

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products, including materials, dimensions, and artisan information. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, and finish are natural and expected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT/IVA applicable in the EU. An additional service fee of LKR 1,000 (approximately €3-4) is charged to cover packaging and handling costs.

We accept all major credit cards and secure EU payment methods. Payments are processed through encrypted, GDPR-compliant payment gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Italy to all EU countries. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For orders over €100, EU shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return items in original, unused condition for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for the EU cooling-off period refund including shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luna Mart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Luna Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Artisan photographs and product descriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and the laws of the European Union. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
